The HealthFirst courses are lively, practical and packed full of information that is easy to understand and remember. During the courses, there is the opportunity for plenty of hands-on practice. A number of different training techniques are used to ensure a high- quality course that equips you with the skills necessary to cope with different First Aid situations. Dr Michelle will also draw on her personal experiences to bring the course alive with real-time scenarios that you will act out to practice your newly acquired skills. Day 1: Module 1: Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Skills (3.5 h) &Module 2: First Aid in the Mountains (3.5 h) Day 2: Lecture and discussion on stress management/behaviour in emergency situations.
